STAKES

The aim of this project is to reproduce the unic feeling of vibration which crosses your body. The objective is to create a mobile system which transmits materialy those musical vibrations through waves on your body.

For this, I propose to design a musical complement like a jewel, a prothesis or a dress which retransmit those vibrations on sensisitives parts of the body which are able to feel those vibrations as emotions.

 

OBJECT, USAGE

This object enables the user to "wear" his music, as he would wear clothes. In public spaces, this "cloth" creates intimacy with music.

The object consists of a thin strap. It's to be wear under a coat for example. The manipulation of the object is discreet and simple by the means of tactile controllers. The idea is to hide usual musical object's technology and to replace traditional codes by those of clothing and textile.

Thus it also could become a fashionable object that we could hide and show at the same time in order to nourrish a certain originality and exentricity.
