Selection
This advanced Master in Design and Contemporary Technology is open to French and foreign graduates with a Master degree in product, graphic, architecture, visual arts, fashion design… or with a Bachelor-level degree and 3 years professional experience. Foreign candidates should have a degree equivalent to a French Bachelor and possess a good working command of French to enable them to follow coursework and work at a conceptual level.
Pre-requisite: mastery of contemporary digital software
Practical Information The application should contain:
- a letter of intent illustrating what professional benefit will be gained from following this course,
- a curriculum vitae,
- a portfolio of personal work,
- a descriptive account (in text and images) of the project to be developed during the course,
- a cheque or bank transfer for 55 euros to cover registration fees.
Selected candidates will be interviewed by a jury comprising the Head of Education, the Course Coordinator and the Head of Postgraduate studies at ENSCI.
Registration
Official registration of candidates for the Master degree is confirmed once his or her project has been validated by the members of the jury. The deadline for applications is July 30, 2009. The academic year starts on September 10, 2009 and runs until end October 2010 Students: 20 maximum.
Fees and funding
Tuition fees for the postgraduate course are €8,400 for individuals and €13,000 for companies. Funding can be applied for via the ASSEDIC or professional training organisations (FONGECIF, AFDAS). Foreign candidates can request funding via the French Embassy in their home country. Applications should be addressed to Sylvie Lavaud and sent to ENSCI. Successful candidates should confirm their registration in writing along with a non-refundable down payment of €2,520.
