This project won the Social Impact Award of the Conscious Design Award in the framework of WantedDesign.
At the same time as acting as vectors for emancipation, the practice and culture of sport are also underpinned by principles that discriminate against vulnerable bodies. “Hors-jeux” lays the foundations of a design for inclusive and accessible sport. Applied to the democratisation of para ice hockey, the project offers a new type of sledge that is economical, customisable and adaptable to suit all body types.
