How is it possible to create at the very least a soothing space in surroundings where warm air currents and radiant sunlight are the norm? Accepting the geo-climatic reality of the Mediterranean coastline as its starting point, “Tempo Piano” designs passive cooling systems that create cool, tranquil domestic living spaces. These ritualised objects involve the body, water and air in defining new concepts of time.
