Some natural phenomena are almost magical and, like spontaneous combustion, reveal energy flows within our environment. “Histoires naturelles” offers a series of simple objects that allow us to plug into these universally available energies: a solar shower, a slow-cooking oven powered by the self-combustion of brushwood and a wet limestone air conditioner.
